Architect and Interior designer CLAUDIA founded Lazuli Home in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2012. Guided by the principles of balance, rhythm, harmony, emphasis, proportion and space of design and the belief that a great design elevates the human spirit; Claudia effortlessly craft elegant spaces that attract and inspire. She brings together a cosmopolitan culture from her life experience abroad and in different cities domestically.

She also bases a lot of her work ethic on the values she has cultivated in her home. She and her husband, Manuel, have been married for 28 years and together have 4 children who are (almost) all out of the nest and leaving their marks in the world. She is proud that they are all kind, respectful and hard working young people who continue to amaze her every day.

Lazuli Home is the result of Claudia's entrepreneurial spirit and desire to bring joy to her customers and has become a tastemaker for those seeking luxury lifestyle combined with beautiful design with an uncompromising approach to designing beautiful interiors that blends refined architectural detailing and the finest materials with a brilliant eye for space planning and meticulous execution.

When not immersed in the world of design, Claudia loves spending time outdoors, enjoying cycling with her husband as often as possible and loves traveling all around the world to study historic architecture, music and adventures.

Interior design is a rewarding career for her, because it satisfies her need to create and her love of beauty and balance, while at the same time providing daily challenges.  Claudia maintains that it is not only talent, hard work and discipline, but also the ability to translate her client's dreams into a beautiful masterpiece that make the difference to become a great designer.
